Heute befindet sich das Unternehmen auf einem 3.500 m2 gro\u00dfen Gel\u00e4nde von denen 1.500 m2 \u00fcberdacht sind. Unsere hochmotivierten Mitarbeiter sind auf mechanische Bearbeitung spezialisiert und der Maschinenpark entspricht stets dem Stand der Technik. Unsere Entwicklungsabteilung ist in der Lage Bauteile aus Grauguss, Aluminium und Bronze gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden zu entwickeln. SM s.r.l. fertigt Gussformen, Kernk\u00e4sten und Kokillen, besitzt eine weitreichende Erfahrung im Vorrichtungsbau f\u00fcr mechanische Bearbeitung von Prototypen und im Bereich Serienfertigung.<\/p>\n<p>Moderne 5-achsige NC-Maschinen fertigen Bauteile \u201eaus dem Vollen\u201c ausgehend von einem Block Aluminium oder Grauguss bzw. bearbeiten bereits vorhandene Rohteile. Die Qualit\u00e4tsabteilung \u00fcberwacht, u.a. mittels 3D Messmaschinen und weiteren Instrumenten, die Fertigung nach ISO 9001:2008 und ISO\/TS 16949:2009.<\/p>\n<p>Das Interesse an stetig fortschreitender Innovation und die Ambition den Kunden immer aktuelle L\u00f6sungen anzubieten, brachte SM dazu in Rapid Prototyping zu investieren. Unter Verwendung von Materialien, die aus einer Mischung von Silikon und Harz bestehen, entstehen Muster, die in Ihren Festigkeitsaspekten variabel sind und gleichzeitig hochgenau die geometrischen Eigenschaften des Bauteils wiedergeben. Rapid Prototyping reduziert erheblich die Entwicklungszeit zur Serienreife, da die Bauteile bearbeitet und montiert werden k\u00f6nnen.
